Joel brings over twenty years of experience serving a broad range of B2C, D2C, and B2B clients, including telco, financial services, mining and resources, energy and consumer products across several regions, including the United States and Europe and Asia. In collaboration with Roam's regional studios, Joel's primary focus is on helping clients drive growth and transforming their businesses through digital strategy, customer experience and product design, and world-class engineering. Joel's areas of expertise include strategy, digital performance improvement and transformation, digital product development, go-to-market and commercial growth through sales and marketing. Before joining Roam Digital, Joel held several Asia Pacific roles within global digital agencies, most recently leading Nike's China business. Joel has an MBA from the University of Auckland and is currently based out of Roam's Singapore studio.
