What We Do
To improve and strengthen our customers’ digital experience that delivers both suites and services to define their transformation strategy and modernization path based on customers’ business priorities that’s aligned with industry standards.
We are currently looking for Sales Director with a local/regional focus and will be the owner of the customer relationship and Roam Digital sales process through the handoff to account management and delivery.
Your new job
- You will build your own client portfolio through presenting new strategies and innovative ideas to C-Level Execs and Senior Leaders at Enterprise organisations
- You will be responsible for selling a minimum of $3m in booked revenue to new customers in the first year. They are supported by Practice Leaders (PLs) across our service disciplines throughout the pursuit process and sales campaign.
- You will focus on all aspects of client growth, relationship development, financial integrity, and quality delivery and execution of all engagements that drive net new and organic growth and strong relationships
- Defining and developing a new business strategy tailored to the needs and vision of the local office and marketplace
- Identify new business opportunities through new and existing client engagements
- Develop and drive growth and account plans, processes and strategies
What you know
- You are a Senior Sales Director with a successful track record of selling multi-million dollar technology solutions to Senior Leaders of enterprise organisations
- You have repeatedly built new relationships with enterprise clients across a range of industries (e.g. BFSI, telco, etc.) and converted in to long- term profitable client engagements
- You know how to “hunt” for new business and are willing to lead by example
- You understand how to deliver technology programmes and products including enterprise software solutions and/or cloud solutions
- Expertise in driving transformation/digital initiatives within large enterprises and led strategic initiatives that have demonstrably driven growth
- You are an expert in presenting to and working with Senior-level client contacts
- A deep understanding of consumer behaviour, marketing strategy and up-to-date tools and tactics
- Unparalleled client relationship skills and business acumen - you are able to earn Trusted Advisor status with all clients
- Experience in consulting/creative/digital agency or custom software development sales is essential
